Formed in 1995, the duo went on a 12-year hiatus starting in 2002. Duotang will be playing their modern rock and post-punk at the Copper Owl; see <a href=\"http:\/\/copperowl.ca\" target=\"_blank\">copperowl.ca<\/a> for details and ticket prices.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, November 5<br \/>\n<i>Going through puberty twice<br \/>\n<\/i><i>Trying on Your Dead Mom\u2019s Underwear<\/i> is coming to Intrepid Theatre on November 5; this play is an autobiographical tale of a closeted trans teenager. On the night commonly known as <i>Kristallnacht<\/i> (Night of Broken Glass), authorities turned a blind eye to the planned attacks on everything and anything Jewish in Germany and Austria. This program, being held at Congregation Emanu-El Synagogue on Blanshard Street, includes readings, musicians, presenters and more. Many used sex and seduction as both a sport and a power-control weapon; <i>Les Liaisons Dangereuses<\/i> is a play about exactly this.
