\n<\/i>The refugee crisis in Europe is no joke; Victoria\u2019s Phoebe Ramsay spent around seven months volunteering in Greece to help those who had been pushed out of their homes. \n<\/i>Punk rock may not be as mainstream as it once was, but it\u2019s still alive and headbanging. A Fat Wreck<\/i>\u2014a documentary being classified as a \u201cpunk-u-mentary\u201d\u2014outlines the history of California-based record label Fat Wreck Chords. A Q&A will be held after the screening with the film\u2019s writer (and Nexus<\/i>\u2019 own managing editor), Greg Pratt. The movie comes to the Roxy Theatre on November 26; you gotta be 17 to get in (or bring an adult to vouch for you), doors open at 7 pm, tickets are $12, and beer is available for cash only.<\/p>\n
