After a seven-year absence, Jason Hendardy scores a bullseye with his wonderful shot-in-the-dark comeback album, <em>Nothing Good Is Normal<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Originally a solo project that turned into a full band and with this album is now back to being a solo project, Permanent Collection is a loud, noisy, post-punk band.
