Chris Hogan, IBWA\u2019s vice president of communications, claims well-known anti-bottled water groups are recruiting college students to spread misinformation about bottled water on college campuses. \u201cThose groups are capturing the attention of college students by making highly emotional and incorrect statements and claims,\u201d said Hogan in a recent press release. Luke Kozlowski of Camosun Students for Environmental Awareness takes issue with Hogan\u2019s claims. \u201cEssentially, bottled water is a scam,\u201d he says. \u201cStudents at Camosun have access to clean tap water that doesn\u2019t directly cost them a penny. The program will allow the Belfry to drop text, audio, or video messages at specific locations throughout the city. The first Repudo objects will be tied to On the Edge,<\/em> which runs until February 26.
