Whoa. And you thought Jon and Roy were some earthy, granola-stuck-in-hair dudes? Check out this Montreal folk band for some real back-to-nature stuff. Like, I feel high just listening to it. I think in the first song the singer talks about smoking weed in the woods! He might talk about \u201cemerald trolls\u201d in the same song, but the verdict is out on that (and I can’t be bothered to check the lyric sheet, if there is one). Anyway, that’s all unfortunate (so is the main dude behind Ghost Lights being called a \u201cvisionary\u201d in the promotional material that came with this) because anyone who talks about smoking weed in the woods makes my blood pressure spike a bit, but what’s more fortunate is the cool ’70s-rock-lite sounds of tunes like \u201cA Train Is Coming,\u201d which should probably be called \u201cA Suggestion of a Toy Train with a Feather on It Is Coming,\u201d but, still, you know.
