People need to be ready to experience more than they’ve ever seen and that willingness will lead them to doing great things,” says Bernstein. “The first step to embarking on your spiritual path is to just become willing.”

Bernstein’s most recent book, May Cause Miracles, emphasizes the principles of forgiveness, gratitude, and witnessing yourself without judgement. These subtle shifts are a guidebook to help people have the tools to take the next right actions to follow their spiritual path.

“When we have a message to carry and fulfill it in an authentic way, it’s the greatest gift we can give ourselves. I express what I do with authenticity and that’s what people tap in to,” says Bernstein.

Bernstein intends to further her life path and career by continuing to write, as well as develop as a life leader.

“I recently became an Kundalini yoga instructor and plan to use those meditations in my practice,” says Bernstein. “I also would love to one day be an expert guest on a talk show, or maybe one day have my own talk show.”

Gabrielle Bernstein
7 pm, Friday, February 1
Victoria Yoga Conference
Victoria Conference Centre
victoriayogaconference.com

Depending on who you ask, she’s now a messenger, translator, and spiritual leader.
