Get your skank on! The Slackers, a.k.a. the rude boy kings, are in town with the Georgetown Orbits, who are worth seeing on their own. Throw the school blues in the river with this two-tone ska venture. And here’s hoping they play “Married Girl.”

Lo-fi noise rockers PS I Love You play Lucky Bar with the equally noisy Balkans. PS I Love You will be playing songs off their new B-sides EP, Figure It Out. Kick out the jams.

Handsome Furs, Talkdemonic, Kingdom Cloud

Touring their brand new third album, Sound Kapital, The Handsome Furs will be getting all post-punk (and totin’ a lot more keys) with folktronic duo Talkdemonic and synth pop act Kingdom Cloud. Get rare groove, get Handsome.
