International students miss out on fall semester
A backlog in federal study permits being managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada stopped 14 percent of Camosun College’s international students from starting at the college this semester. This backlog impacted post-secondary institutions across Canada. A Camosun spokesperson says that the college has around 1,550 new and returning international students.
